The sessions are progressive and goal-focused with an emphasis on exercise form and technique, ensuring a good range of motion and mobility, thereby reducing the risk of any injuries.
Strength and functional training systems are also incorporated into your (routines) and are specifically tailored to your needs and capabilities ensuring you continuously improve your functional movement and full body strength.
Personal training sessions can be held anywhere. I have private studio in Horsham which allows 1-2-1 or partner personal training, I can also come to you, including your home, office, local gym or favourite park and sessions can also be virtual.
