The sessions are progressive and goal-focused with an emphasis on exercise form and technique, ensuring a  good range of motion and mobility, thereby reducing the risk of any injuries.

Strength and functional training systems are also incorporated into your (routines ) and are specifically tailored to your needs and capabilities ensuring you continuously improve your functional movement and full body strength.

Personal training sessions can be held anywhere. I have private studio in Horsham which allows 1-2-1 personal training, I can also come to you, including your home, office, local gym or favourite park and sessions can also be virtual.
